I used pref bundle on sith jugg long ago and i again buy sub and when it ended my jugger no longer have unlocks. i just checked and i can use only titles no 3rd crew skill slot and no unify colors. and inventory slot is used too because my inventory have maximum capacity possible. only 3rd crew skill and unify colors are missing on my old main character sith juggernaut.
The next step will be to email support@swtor.com and include the needed info per the previous post of character name, server and what is missing. They can further look into the issue and if needed fix that character for you.
