[PROBLEM] Error code C12
When I am flying into Taris or when I am trying to create a Jedi Knight , the game crashes and I get an error that says :
This program encountered an internal error and will exit.
Failed to load room dat file
[/world/areas/4611686023014030644/hub1.dat] or [/world/areas/4611686019869492753/gnarls_new.dat]
Reason: Not found
How do I fix this problem?
I used the repair utility initially but it still doesn't work ..... Help me please !!
I have seen issues with 32bit OSs with this error
Best recommendation I can make is switch to non streaming (Link) , let me know if this persists and it can be passed back to the studio for further investigation.
Indication is this stems from Bitraider patching so disabling it should resolve what you are seeing.
Switching to 64bit is also likely to resolve this, but I gather you have reasons to be on 32 bit with its hard coded 4gb physical ram limitation.
