Problem regarding Cartel Coins Code.

I have a problem regarding one Cartel Coin code.

I bought it through instant-Gaming, and it says: The entered code is invalid.

The provider is asking me for the activation time in order to refound / give a valid code.

I would like to send a ticket, but since it is only for subscribers, I coudln't think of any other way to place this.

A referral link can only be used if you use it before you create an account or if it's been 90 since a subscription ended. If a referral is used, but there is no subscription, you cannot use a other referral even after 90 days without at least a 30 day sub in between referral links.

Activation time is something that is never disclosed so unfortunately that would not be something that can be provided. As far as the cod itself it could have a typo or it's a one time only account code and it's already been used on another account.

Since they are not an official reseller and they don't know how they got the codes, there is nothing Customer Service or an in-game ticket will be able to do.

Also I would like to ask a question, when I try to use any referral, it says: this referral already exists. The last time I used a referral was 370+ days x)
