Problem with suscription Swtor

Hi, i have a problem with my suscription. The game put me in preferred status but i am suscriber. I lost rewards and lot of credits

ok you will need to email uncropped screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message 

have flagged to check the account for issues, when a swtor is disabled no gametime can be added to an account from any source so even steam will fail to add the gametime purchased

will have a response back from support regarding your account and they have your email ok in about 11 hrs when support are online again for the day.

Thank you very much. I sent the email with the screenshots. I will have to wait until tomorrow to play ☹️ haha

    support confirmed they have your email in the queue for an agent , just need to wait for their reply now

    once they get to your ticket they will add the gametime ok

        still open, am going now its 11pm here, support are going to keep an eye it on to see if it changes status
