problems with buying a swtor subscription via steam

Hello, I paid for my swtor subscription 5 days ago, but it never came 3 days ago, I wrote to the swtor support email, but also did not receive an answer can I get my subscription as soon as possible,...

@proxos666 Yes the swtor account and the ea account use the same email I can even write his address

    let me check this isnt a gmail / googlemail type thing that makes different accounts even though they are thesame mailbox

      ok just rechecked the ea account  Hilmadara   uses a mail.ru email

        ok support searched and it is the same mail ( seems the _ is not showing)  searched with both Hilmadara and Hil_madara   and found same account

        checking if it is still disabled ....
