let me check this isnt a gmail / googlemail type thing that makes different accounts even though they are thesame mailbox
ok just rechecked the ea account Hilmadara uses a mail.ru email
ok support searched and it is the same mail ( seems the _ is not showing) searched with both Hilmadara and Hil_madara and found same account
checking if it is still disabled ....
ea account is active
what they dont have is the screenshots and if you have sent them from the mail.ru address they likley wont get there ( not sure why think it is due to being a html email
Best to email the screenshots from a different email domain and include the swtor username

if you login to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ you will find case 104228258 , upload the screenshots to that ticket and then try emailing support@swtor.com to say its done
let me know here too and i can check tomorrow worst case and let them know the case was updated
