Problems with reset password even when have pin generator

So I've been wanting to get back into SWTOR for some time now, just to get that good old Star Wars feel.

But I can't remember my old password, so I try to reset it, I have my old pin code generator, and by some dark old magic, the thing is still working. But when I try to reset the password it just keeps giving me an error. Does anyone have any good tips/tricks on how to solve this, in case they have been through this themselves, or know someone that struggled with this very problem.

Would greatly appreciate the help on this topic, so I can get back into the swing of things, and maybe manage to drag some friends into the game
