Greetings everyone.
I have the same issue as well i have subbed the game in 2019/10/18. i logged in to the game and then i saw i am still in a pref status.
I made contact with the support 3 times by via phone call.
They said they are moving my case to the upper department to work on it.
It hase been more then 2 weeks now and i am still in pref status.
My subb time is ticking, how ever the support said, i will recive the missing days to my subb time, but still nothing happend
I am still in pref status, and my time is ticking.
My Station name is forceofdavid.
I even atached a screenshot from my ticking subb time.
The Support also said that they are going to send me an e-mail this was 2 weeks ago and i still heard nothing from them
And i am still in pref status. I cant play with this game properly. And also cant go further in the game.
I am sorry at this point i am very fustrated, and this incompetency is basicly blowing up my mind.
Please fix this already!
And at this point i have lost all of my patient. i have been waiting more then 2 weeks to play with the game. I have to say that is enough now!

since I am probably much older than all of you guys, I urge you to take me seriously. And I am grateful to you in advance for that.
After a couple of months I decided earlier today to renew my subscription and continue my Star Wars adventure. But I failed. In game there are no ability for tickets to open (i guess preferred players can not open tickets) since all options are greyed out for me. I tried everything except contacting my bank, since from some weird reason that lies beyond my comprehension I had to try to pay with success for subscription exactly 5 times to fulfill the needed sum of 299 rubles ( so I paid 5 times 60 rubles). I have money on my account its not the issue. The issue is either in high amount of SWTOR traffic or something else, unknon to me. Unknown, since I freely pay for WoW-BfA without any problems
Either the way, I took complex screenshot of what I did and marked it for you to see.
Just in case, when I opened one of the links from my bank (for details purposes) I found out that they are still in course of AWAITING CONFIRMATION.
So I believe it's up to high traffic.
I will not recommend or weep for anything here, I know it will be resolved but I would appreciate if this would be looked into soon.

Issues involving money cannot be handled on the forums you are best to call swtor cs account and billing to discuss further.
it would appear though the 60 rubles you mention are a card verification charge and should of been auto refunded on your card
