I've called German support and they asked to call my local support number. But local one is not working - no operators are available 24\7 like no one is working there (tried several times during last 3 days)
Regarding stuck transaction - probably will be solved by bank, but there is still an error when I am trying to purchase it once again (recurring one):
An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}
I actually found one interesting thing. If I am trying to buy subscription from the main page(not from account details screen) it auto-suggest me to pay via my old credit card, which I removed from everywhere like a year ago. Maybe somewhere in a system it tries to withdraw money from the old card instead of the new one? Is it possible somehow to let them know so they will be able to check that?
