Problems with Subscription

Check the transaction history on your swtor account and check your bank balance it is likely there is no paid subscription on your account, hence why you are still FTP

Had this problem last time I subbed also, but it seems to have happened again. Tried patience this time around, but after seven days, still nothing in-game.
Says I should be good for 23 days on the website, but nothing has changed ingame, so I've effectively lost seven days of sub.

This should be sorted for you now , if your logged in you will need to relog for it to take affect

I've been having issues for about two weeks now that have been preventing me from paying for a subscription. Every time I click either the gametime code button or the buy button, I get thrown to either a Maintenance page or get an error saying the EA Billing and Management is unavailable. I just went through the SWTOR Customer Support, and found out I apparently have a sanction on my EA account that's preventing me from subscribing. After looking all over EA's support options, this is the closest thing I can find to my issue, as someone else in here had a similar issue. I can also confirm that this account is using the same email as my SWTOR account. Any help with solving this issue would be wonderful, as I really want to be able to play the new expansion.

Edit: Forgot to mention, every time I go to check my EA Account on this website, it gives me a browser error telling me to try clearing my cookies, even when I literally just did. So I have no clue about my EA Account or what's going on with it right now.

Edit 2: Alright, so turns out I was blind and missed an obvious part of the recommended solution for this type of error. So I am now going through it, and shouldn't need help here. Apologies for the lack of attention to what I was going over, and sorry for the post.

I bought a 60 day subscription on SWTOR.com two days ago and was met with a error after processing and tried again and the error again, it did show up on my bank twice which is fine and it’s closed today but still sitting at preferred status even after restarting game client many times.

Hello.

Today when I logged into the game, a message popped up telling me that I'm not a subscriber anymore and I'm now Preferred Status. Thing is, I paid for this month's subscription. I already recived this months cartel coins.

If there's anything anyone can do or point me in the direction of someone who could help me, I would be eternally grateful

Subscribed about 2 hours ago, still no subscription status in-game. Help!
