swtor account displayname ? need this to check the account for issues
using the same email address on an EA , Swtor and steam account has as much effect as using all different emails, it does nothing for linkage with swtor
The linked ea account was created using the same email address to create the swtor account if the account was created prior to 25th June 2019 per https://help.ea.com/nz/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked/ these accounts can also use different emails and passwords now
Yes ea ticket closed is only when sent to swtor support as that is all EA support can do, swtor support is a different support line

response will be in about 12 hrs when swtor support are online here for the daySupport have your email but cant add the gametime due to an account issue, unfortunately you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the issue, it cant be resolved on a forum
