So, obviously I am not a subscriber, or I would not be here. The ridiculousness of even preferred players not being able to create tickets is ridiculous, but that aside, I went to buy the ability to use titles for my entire account through the Cartel Market. After purchasing for 200 CC, I could not use titles. So I relogged. I am still unable to use titles. What do?
You have to Claim the Unlock from the CartelMaeket nad then use it in your Inventory.
Normally in the Corner right down is an Button unclaimed Items, there you Click an then "Claim" the Unlock that Transfers it to your Inventory.
Has to be on the Character you purchased it with.
I know where and how to claim items. I don't have anything to claim. The Cartel Market usually tells me that I have unclaimed items, which I do not. My point here is that I've obviously encountered some kind of glitch that costed me my money, and I can't make a ticket about it because my problems aren't as important as a person who constantly gives them money. So what should I do? They can't help me over the phone.
Be very certain what you purchased and that it doesn't worked properly.
Then you can try support @swtor.com be frendly and give them all information, they should get you sorted, ut may take its Time.
