Purchased, but did not receive, Unlock Crew Skill Slot via coins

See title - purchased the item for 950 coins (the Account wide version), I see the purchase listed in my account ledger, however I never received the item or unlock on my characters.

Is there an avenue for assistance in this for a non-subscriber?

unlocks usually go to the inventory of the character that purchased to be used/consumed to apply to the swtor account

if you didnt receive that unlock in the inventory of that character, you can email support@swtor.com and they can look further at what occurred
