Not receiving one-time password
Hi, I am trying to log into my SWTOR account and it is saying that it requires a one-time password. I clicked the button that said to send the one-time password almost several times and no password has been sent. I have been waiting for almost 3 hours and I have received nothing in my inbox. I have checked my spam and junk folders and found nothing either. I have called customer service almost 3 times and nobody has answered. The machine said, “All agents are busy right now” and did not tell me when they would not be busy. I attempted to use the guide that has been mentioned by several other moderators in this forum and none of the solutions worked. Is there any other solution I could perhaps use to fix this issue? And if not, could someone please tell me when the costumer service phone reps will be available?
