are you able to level to 60 then you have revan can you go to yavin this will tell you you have it not online in the website because the website is not up to date atm.
The ownership of Shadow of Revan was never added to that page. Quite frankly the website is rarely updated with correct information these days. They are working on removing incorrect information, but I doubt issues like this will ever be corrected.
I doubt Fallen Empire will show up in that section either.
