Race bought from Cartel is missing
Hi, some time ago I bought a race from Cartel, I probably claimed item but the race is still locked. Since this purchase was made like 5 years ago (according to billing history) If I did not activated it, it is either bugged or I lost the item to activated it. Is there a way to be unlocked, since with billing history I should have it unlocked

Sorry that your purchase isn't showing up, understandable that it may be frustrating.Sadly as this is an purchase issue we can't help directly with it here on the forum for a number of reasons including account security and so for that you need to get in touch with SWTOR support direclty and they'll be able to look into this for you.
