Raid Boss Not Turning

We ran hardmode Dread Palace last nite during Dread Master Raptus got stuck Pointing his Purple Cleave in One Direction, didn't matter if the tank taunted him or not.

Was he still taking damage or immune? Did typing the /stuck command or resetting the phase help?

Nope, the giant purple cleave was placed in the back left corner
