I appreciate the response. The fact that I received no further contact from EA/BW about the account becoming suspended led me to believe the same thing, especially with the fact that the message gave me an obsolete email address to contact. I can confirm the account does work on other devices, so somehow it's something to do with my computer that I haven't worked out yet, as fresh installs of all browsers doesn't seem to have solved anything.
