From a search in bug reports, been an issue for awhile it seems:

I would go ahead and add to it to bump it up and help get it resolved

Settings / Control Panel.
Devices,bluetooth,printers,mouse.
Mouse & Touchpad (on the left)
Additional mouse options (in blue down the bottom)
Pointer Options (Tab)
Motion Slider > Adjust to suit.
