That is why i asked about selecting the item you want as a reward the accept button will not light up until you pick one

I did delete bitraider as to those instructions, which I got from an earlier problem. Traveling to the fleet did not solve it. Neither did changing characters, and this is a problem with at least 2 characters anyway. I've shut the game off and restarted it multiple times, the missions are still frozen.
You will find those missions now cleared but this is likely going to re-occur for you as it is likely a local system issue
Can you provide the Dxdiag per this guide it will give a better idea of the system itself.
also it wont hurt to run the repair again at this stage in case it missed something earlier
I have this sometimes when I get two Mission rewards at the same time.
I could solve this by closing the Reward Windows and reopen them,
I got the impression that the game then messes with window gas to be handled first.
Similar to what sometimes occurs when you have multiple Windows from Legacy or Character Sheet open.

You are likely to experience issues playing the game as the system is below the minimum game requirements, i think the CPU just meets the requirement however the video card is below the required minimum

Your video card is just a Intel(R) HD Graphics with 64MB dedicated memory, the bare minimum is 1Gb dedicated Vram which eliminates almost all Intel Video cards
most issues seen however are with cut-scenes freezing , which you are likely to experience too unfortunately.
Definitely run the repair again and advise if you are able to accept mission rewards now ?

video cards are not something easily replaced in a laptop like they can be with a desktop, peopel are starting to make egpu as mentioned at this link but your essentially having a box added to your laptop. I think it is better to either get a cheap desktop or replace the laptop given your current specs unfortunately.
See if you are experiencing issues still after repairing again
the later content is likely where you are more going to see freezing cutscenes etc, can try lowering gfx to all low to get past the keep going, worst case is you submit a ticket to move past the cutscene you are stuck with.
Well, I set my resolution to the lowest possible (800×600) and now it seems to be working again. Hmm.
