have you got travel to fleet ?

run a game repair to be sure its not a specific file issue

Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner.

If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair.

Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut,

select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher

I don't have the exit to fleet option.

I did have the letters ST so I deleted the bitraider folder. Opened the launcher again and it downloaded something and verified it. Launched my character and I have the same issue. :/

Can that character purchase the Travel to personnel starship in your legacy perks and try that ?

I am only a preferred member and level 27. I don't have any perks unlocked.

If you have 50k credits you should be able to unlock one in legacy (press Y) , see the row under the speeder skills they are all transport perks

I had just spent credits on a speeder so now I'm only left with 29k. ☹️ ☹️ Plus I would really rather not spend credits on something I should be able to do normally.

Is there any way to be brought to a group on a planet?

Yes , when you join a flashpoint via group finder do not select return to last location and exit to fleet instead

Worst case exit the main entry point at the start of the flashpoint

Another thought is when in the flashpoint at the end , simply log out and wait 15 minutes before logging into that character again , in theory it should log you in on fleet ...

try the flashpoint thing as @proxos666 said. that should help for sure.

If you have a guild, try travel to their stronghold or ship and exit from there. If you got a friend and a key to their stronghold you should be able to travel there and hopefully that elevator gives you more than just space.

If all else fails, sent them a mail (support[at]swtor,com) and tell them you are stuck in your stronghold.

I tried the group finder tricks and nothing worked. So I used a quick travel to fleet item and that seemed to do the trick. Thank you all for your help!
