Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time
Copy the following in to the text box and press ok
%localappdata%\swtor\swtor\settings
in that location how many files do you see called username_account.ini ?
Just one, and it is an alt account I made to play while I cannot play my main account. Should I change the name/get rid of it then?
Have you checked to see if that alt account is linked to steam ?

How did you solve your problem? I accidently link a wrong SWTOR account to my steam. What should i do now? ☹️
use https://account.swtor.com/user/steam and unlink the wrong account
