Not removing my security key so if they can't fix it soon it will mean I just need to cancel my sub since they can't be bothered to fix it.

Using the word "may" is bordering toward condescending. It's an obvious that this is causing frustration with ... EVERYONE that are unable to lock in.

It has caused a big problem. I haven't been able to login all day. so instead of playing a game i have been in since beta, I'm playing WOW.

And the supposed window for changing if you have a security key still doesn't come up.  Total *.

You need to remove the existing key and then attach the new key

I have no ability to remove the existing key.  The "self-service" key page never appears.  

I figured it out.  The page doesn't come up in Chrome.  Switched to Edge, which I never used, and it worked.

Only other suggestion then is to get them to remove the key manually by phoning them

Ahh ok interesting that chrome didnt work , good to know

I don't own a cellphone or tablet of any kind. Is there any other way for me to resolve this? I don't think it's fair that I have to spend upwards of 200 dollars or more to play a game I bought and have an active subscription for.

I had  the old Security Key through my phone. However I was unaware of the change of  hosts to another security key provider. It would have been grand if they had actually taken the time to notify their security key users of the change.  I followed the steps to disconnect my old key and I managed to do that. I got the new security key and started setting it up to be attached to my account. However after I entered the security code then was logged out with an error that it could pull my security questions and that it failed to log in.  I have had this issue all day. It is very inconvenient since I can not log onto the site, or the game. I am paying 30 dollars for my subscription. Informing people when they change a log in service would have been nice. However that being said. I have tried to log in since  the Physical security holders where able to. My current error is my captcha value is not recognized. This has happened in IE and Chrome.

Nope tried again on internet explorer or its called edge. Still didn't work.
