Swtor Support have asked if you can stop trying to purchase on swtor.com , they need to send your account to another team to get the issue fixed , they will email when its good to purchase on swtor.com
if you cant wait if you link your swtor account to steam then you can purchase on steam for now https://help.ea.com/en/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-on-steam/?isIhi=true

I'm also unable to subscribe, none of my cards are accepted and when trying to sub with paypal says "please try again later".SWTOR account: [FILTERED]
I was not playing actively since 2014-2015, just logged in unsubbed few times so I'm not sure for how long this is going on, and also moved to another country so maybe this could be the reason.

Swtor account has been disabled and its data wiped , you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to get this account restored

steam is an option for now I also get the error about not being able to subscribe, account name Locke-Mirage

The Linked EA account has been disabled with its data wiped
use this link (insert the live.com email) to try and restore the account , Swtor mail is used on Deadsworth so its not that email address
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.
