Re: Can't redeem code (Message not found error)

(I just noticed there is a french forum I should probably post over there, sorry for bothering you if that's the case)

As I am french I bought the french version ( here ) where it doesn't even says you can't use it a second time but that would have been to good to be true so I assumed it would be like the US one so I was indeed referring to the one you linked where it does say once per 6-month period down in the "From the manufacturer" description, I think you're only referring to the note on top that only says you can't use the same code twice.

    When i go to the link i provided it is clear it is once only per account

    If you scroll down to the comments back in 2015 it was mentioned if you try to use it twice there is an error of not found

    I believe this only means you can't use the same purchased code/bundle twice as down in the same link you can read

    As for the comment, if you look at "see more answers" you can find multiple people saying that it does indeed work twice (with a new code of course) and you just need to wait 6 months in-between

    if you you find the code isnt working you are best to call swtor support, that is the only way they will look at your account.

    they will likely point you back to amazon but that is just my assumption

    Alright, that's what I guessed but thank you for your time anyway.

    Yes I think too that they will just point me back to amazon, unfortunately amazon doesn't refund codes so I think I'm out of luck unless they do since the description of the product isn't accurate, I guess we'll see, hopefully they do.
