To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the generated persona abcih6qcndbjoa (not taindisey your posting on now) that EA account uses a Hotmail email 

use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

if anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it because I'm having the same exact issue. My display name's SPERIOUS

I bought it through steam, but I'm having the same problem, they don't activate my subscription. I don't know what else to do, I already reset and did the steps, but it seems that nothing is enough. Does anyone have any idea what I can still do? Calling support is not an option, only the value of the call is the price of a subscription.

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

I live in Australia so calling to the US is not ideal.

If there was another way to offer this it would of been offered 

vodafone mobiles usually have free calls to the UK and US if it helps , also skype is about $ 1.80 for an hour call , so 90cents for 30 minutes 

QLD time is midnight to 9am for the english line if that helps , looking at when you posted you had 55 minutes until the english line opened
