For me it works, so try an different Browser, clearing Cookies and Cache.
if that doesn't help pleas state which OS and Browser you are using so that we can look deeper in that.

I'm having the same problem right now. Trying to make a new acc and the captcha says it can't be validated.
Same here, have tried Firefox, Chrome and IE11, all getting the same error. As well as Chrome on Android. Tried about 20 times tonight over several hours and devices.
I don't know if i have ever created an account before, i can't find any info about it. But don't think i had an account yet. Newly chosen username should be free. Although i don't get why i can't just login with my EA account, would make it so much simpler.
