If you check your transaction history in your SWTOR account management page (My SWTOR -> My Account -> Subscription -> Show your payment history) and you see either OPEN or UNCONFIRMED transactions, there's not much we can do in those cases, other than to wait for them to become closed.

If they're closed and you still haven't received your Cartel Coins, give us a call and we'll investigate (and probably manually deliver the coins).

Sadly with Boleto these issues are very common.
