Re: I can no longer adjust screen resolution in game

@jbazier

Morning... you will find that your %appdata/local/swtor% folder and all the sub files are 'Read Only'

Do this WITHOUT the Game or Launcher Running please.

Now click Start and type %appdata% into your search bar and hit Enter.

your explorer has now opened up to the address "blah blah appdata/roaming".

Click on the appdata in the address bar so that you can now see the 3 folders Local,LocalLow and Roaming.

Select Local, and scroll down to "Swtor".

Right Click and select Properties, remove the tick from "read only", click apply and yes for including all sub folders and files.

(*Aslong as you see the bar changing everything it is done; if you check again to see if it is done windows will lie).

*Shameless Plug 🙂

    Thank you. Worked perfectly. For those who wanted more context, this will enable you to edit your client text file and ensure height and width match the native values which you can read from the file.
