It can take them a while. One was about an item not unlocking from the CM and the other was about the level 60 token. The 60 token took a few days to get a response on, the CM item took about a month. If you don't get a response soon it may help to email them and reference the ticket number in the email to check up on if anything has done. However, do not open a new ticket, opening a new ticket from my understanding will get your issue put at a lower priority.
