That log also appears to be corrupted it should be plain text like mine attached, yours just has ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ
delete that log file and let a new one create see if it is ok.
Have you ran a chkdsk c: /f (presumed game is on C drive) to check the file system.
Ok i deleted the folder, but i cannot run chkdsk because my game is on an external drive, a micro sd to be specific. Sooooo what now? I seem to be deleting more folders but none of them are coming back.

Best advice I can give is buy a new hard drive, a MicroSD card the read/write speeds are slow, this is likely leading to the files corrupting as the card is trying to be used as a normal drive.
MicroSD cards are good for files that are just there for storage not to run a game from.
