I do not recall ANY - Life Time Sub for $250; as I would have been all over that myself, hell the collectors edition cost me like ~$800 in the end.

That said the only way you can address that type of issue is via the Customer Support Team...

*The team that handle the phones are really quick and helpful in these areas, whole thing should take you less then 5 minutes if you use Skype.

There is/was no life time sub available for purchase it is that simple

I do know Champions online and Star Trek Online (was about $250 by memory) have Life Time Subscriptions , I have them.
