i know that the mouse has a scroll button thanks, but all of the servers says that 0 caracter is there.

and i say goodbye to this game also. why spend more time in it if it can be gone like this ease ? ☹️
EA QV Team@ArenHun If you remember playing on a character you're no longer seeing on your account, it should be on a different account, unless the character was deleted by you or whoever accessed your account. Customer Service, the Developers, EA/Bioware, etc. don't delete characters.
If you give us a call, we can help you find the account or characters using character names, servers, payment details, invoice numbers, email addresses, etc.
Ok so now when i'm in the character selection screen the globe under the names shows that i have 3 inactive characters, but in the character screen it shows 0, i checked every server and i didn't found any inactive characters, when i tried to make a character with my the name that i used game didn't allowed so it still exist ...somewhere
is there any possible way to get them back? they completely lost ? ._.
EA QV Team@ArenHun In that case, we can search for those character names to track down your original account so you can recover it, but it has to be done over the phone, for security reasons.
