Re: Max number of Character Slots for a Preferred Acct
As per the help article here:
- Subscribers have 14 active characters per server.
- Preferred Status players (former Subscribers or players who have made a Cartel Coin purchase) have 8 active characters per server.
- Free-to-Play players have 4 active characters per server.
I would go to the character creation screen and try to just create a new character. If it still says x/7 then would need to call Customer Service. They may be able to track the history of your character slots to see if you truly should have 8 or 7 is the correct number.
You can also log into your account and go to the cartel coins section here and look at your ledger history to see if you can track your character slot unlocks. If all else fails then you'll need to call Customer Service. You can reach them using the below info:
