@AurJo Unfortunately all romance flag stuff is greatly shrouded in mystery, even from support folk like us and the in-game guys. I don't know if they can even change or affect the status of a character's romance, sadly.

If you're a subscriber you can submit a bug report to bring it to the QA department's attention, but there might not be anything that can be done, other than continuing the story and potentially re-kindling the romance after/during KotFE.
