I wonder why that is? I never cheated or hacked the game. Oh well, ill just make a new account. Thank you guys for the help.

You don't have to hack or cheat to get a ban.  It happened to me once due to a payment issue.  So it may be something simple as that.

You can also try to call Customer Service to see if they can resolve over the phone as well.  You can find their contact info here.

@BruvaBunglo Just checked your account, calling in is definitely the right channel of support to contact. They should be able to clear up what happened.
