Re: No lvl 60 Character option

A free-to-play account cannot level up past 50. You would need to subscribe at least for one month to unlock access to the upper levels.

If you remember having a character with a higher level, you are most likely playing on the wrong account: once an account received the option to level past 50, it will never lost it no matter what. You should probably call support to find your old account if that is the case.

Check this link for a promotion running at present, this will give you the ability to level between 50 and 60 while you think about subscribing for at least 30 days, subscribing for 30 days will unlock all available expansions and then allow you to level to 70 which you keep access to forever when the 30 days expire if you cancel the subscription.
