Re: Patch downloaded get 0.00 download

I am having this issue too. Oddly, I can log in to my characters on my laptop, but not my desktop computer.  I tried deleting bitraider and reinstalling. I also tried using the launcher repair utility. I deleted the SWTOR folder in %AppData%.  Nothing works. I'm guessing it's some file in the regular install directory. I'm almost tempted to copy over 1 file at a time from my laptop to pinpoint which file is causing this issue, heh.

Thanks for the info, but that didn't work. I tried both changing the service to automatic then reinstalling bitraider. Any other possible fixes that don't involve re-downloading 25+ gigs?  🙂

the game size is about 45GB

are you sure the antivirus/firewall isnt blocking ? and have you rebooted the router/modem too to be sure ?

i gather you deleted the bitraider folder in the game folder that/should trigger a file verification

Are you both using Nvidia 451.48 driver version ?

I just tried both of them myself, nothing worked.

Reverted to the last update before the current on my 2080., deleted the files to force a check. even tried turning off bit raider

what anti virus is being used ?

Thanks for saying , this is flagged with QA and they are investigating this

Just putting it here i dont know if same for the rest but i left it a couple of hours tried to log in again and the message was gone but then when i tested it by exiting and coming back in again the message was back it seems to be a chance thing or atleast on a timer its kind of weird because its like the games searching for an update that is not there instead of actually downloading somthing so if you leave it a few hours then log in see if it does it normally might atleast let you play it for abit without issue but that 0% does not look like its going away its definitely a problem that they need to solve and not somthing we can solve

I'm using 446.14. I tried deleting Bitraider and all sorts of other various files, excluding large asset/movie files. Should I try updating to the new nvidia driver?
