Re: Please help! game keeps changing my refresh rate

@Tannerownz :There are 3 locations that can effect your refresh rate, in your case there are 2.

Windows Settings

Simply Right Clicking your Windows Desktop will allow you to gain access to these settings.

Along the way ensure your Screen Resolutions are correct and if you have more then 1 monitor that the orientation is correct also.

Ensure that you navigate to your 'Display Adapter Properties'; Ensure that 1: you atleast have installed drivers for your Monitor and 2 that the refresh rate is the correct one; 'Native' is always the best and should be the only option.

Vcard Software Settings

Works very much the same as Windows, but this program is usually hiding down in the bottom right corner with your task bar's clock.

Again you wish to ensure that your Screen Resolutions and Frame rates match what you have used for Windows; just as before 'Native' is always best.

Game

When it comes to the game settings your looking for

%appdata/local/swtor/swtor/settings/client_settings.cfg

Only to ensure that this line is the same as everything else you have done

RefreshRate = 60 (*yes mine is 60 because I'm cheap).

Hopefully this helps come back if you have any further issues or questions.
