I would change the email on the account to a different domain like say gmail, sounds like virus filtering delays , if there are major delays getting the email , I would also recommend to setup a security key on the account so you are not waiting on an email to login
if you cant get into the account due to the otp email not turning up in 15 min then call support they can provide you a otp to login and change the email used.
