Normally not it should be all available FPS/ Uprisings.
open the GF and try if you can activate more Missions.
If not an mail to support@swtor.com detailing the situation should help.
Edit: To Check if you are eligible open the GF,, there open the Filter on the right bottom side should it say: Daily reward available.
