Please see the following FAQs for troubleshooting security key issues here

If nothing there helps, log into your account at Swtor.com, remove the security key and then remove the app from your device if using the mobile version, reinstall it and then re-add the security key to your account.

If you can't log in, go to the login screen, enter your user and password but leave the security key empty and click login. On the next screen click lost your security key for steps to remove it, then uninstall the app, reinstall and re-add the security key.

If all else fails, you will need to call customer service for further assistance.  Information to call them is below:
