    @SgtDann 

    Support can see your email so that arrived ok 

    the reason the steam purchase failed is due to the linked EA account is disabled needing a password reset

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not SGTDann your posting with) that EA account uses a hotmail email (different from swtor) and given it has no persona is likely the email used to create the account originally (my assumption)

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    Support wont be able to add the steam gametime until that is sorted

    if your not sure of the email give swtor support a call when the lines open they can help to update that email if needed

    Yes account is good now , so future purchases will work ok 

    i would cancel the steam subscription though as it was done when the account was disabled.

    once that game time (when support add it) is up if you subscribe again with steam it will work as intended
