Maybe, try resending again all i can suggest and maybe also send from a different email domain just be sure to include the swtor username
edit - there is the option to call swtor support when the lines open and request to upload the screenshots whilst on the phone to an ea ticket

You might be best sending from another email domain , eg gmail etc as their is no email arrived yet
just be sure to include the swtor username
otherwise call swtor support when the lines open and request to upload the screenshots whilst on the phone to an ea ticket
least that way you know they have the screenshots
- @proxos666 I am sending letters of support, already 2 weeks and silence. Also, a subscription through steam 30 days was not activated.

Support searched for an email from your gmail on the swtor account , no email was found
try resending to support@swtor.com from the email on the swtor account per the sticky https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
