any issue try a different web browser , browser cache can interfere some times

  • Status is still open, different browser didnt make a difference. Not sure how long it normally takes to process everything.

    That purchase will need to be refunded too if that account is still disabled

    repost the previous too

    CS still see that account as disabled , can you login to the mickiboy57 and post here just to be sure we have the right account

  • Probably had the wrong account, can acces the email of that account tomorrow  . Thank you for assistance will try it tomorrow.

    If you post here when the password is reset , wait for my reply if the account is good before trying to purchase again

    CS said you are 100% good to purchase now

    Edit - CS said they can only see the one purchase that is still open from before and it will be refunded when it closes in the system
