Swtor cs see no purchase attempt on that swtor account , if you log into the website do you see the payment ? it is more likley you have made a payment on a different swtor username at this point.
I dont see it on my account, i will remake the payment just now and see if it is working
EDIT: I just made a payment, all worked ok on the website but i dont see it on my paypal, am i doing something wrong or the payment service on your end got a problem ?
Have asked swtor cs to confirm sub their side but if you are subbed then it is as intended.
as to the other payment , best way is if you email support@swtor.com from the email associated with that swtor account and detail what occurred , dont provide any payment details like card number or similar in the email, provide a contact number and available times (with time zone) and swtor support will do a call back when the ticket is picked.
Ok you wont see the payment now until Monday when that referral time runs out, and also that is when the subscription will kick in on the account.
