if you no longer have access to the sky.com email for the EA account andy24113 , quickest is likely to call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email on that account.
otherwise you need to try and recover access to that ea account via help.ea.com
also checked just now still no email arrived , but if you have only just sent it , it could take an hour to arrive ( just note they cannot add the gametime until that EA account andy24113 is sorted
