one thing to check on though , is it possible you have deselected (untracked) any missions in your quest log

Sorry for response time, I don't know why I've not received alert email, but thank you for your answer.
I've checked que QA to search an answer to my problem and didn't find anything related, I may missed it.
Buuuut, I have the great pleasure to annouce that the problem seems to be solved (I try once and it worked in NM).
It was indeed an issue related with the quest selection interface. It seemed I had a quest related with the Umbara FP but it didn't appeared in my log.
I've noticed that Umbara didn't appeared in the filter of the Gourp finder tool, so I went to the Alliance transit room on Odessen and saw that the quest terminal was unclickable and the instance entrance was purple (instead of yellow). Well, it was like I had the quest in my log but it was not visible.
I went through that FP (apparently the quest was in story mode) and finished it. It unlocked back the FP in my filters and now the bonus is granted again.
To conclude, it seems that was a display issue in the quest logs...
