Give the router/modem and the PC a reboot for good measure, in the game folder is a log folder , can you attach the latest log it may provide a clue to what is occurring
If the Ping responds then it would suggest something local is blocking
I got it going again by running the launcher repair utility, the link to which I found in this forum under another post.

Note the download is a new set of files that go into your root game folder and replaces your old ones.
