@EA_Kipling I am unable to download it Ingame I tried everything and it’s just stuck. Not to mention I can only open 3 tickets and ever since it has never let me open another ingame ticket.

If the linked articles don't resolve the issue, you can try removing bit raider and switching to the non-streaming launcher as per here. You can also try adding swtor.exe and launcher.exe to your anti-virus and firewall safe list.
If your using one of the following anti-virus, you'll also need to make the following change:
ESET - disable protocol filtering
Kapersky - disable scan secure/encrypted connections
Nortons (firewall) - ensure exceptions are set to allow not auto
AVG - disable link surf scanner shield
